Delivery and Payment
We strive to properly secure the parcel during transport. However, if the package arrived damaged, please write a complaint report in the presence of the courier (in the case of shipping by courier) and if possible take photos of the damage and attach to the correspondence.
We do everything to get your order to you as soon as possible. In the absence of goods in stock or for random reasons, the waiting time for delivery may be extended, which you will be notified immediately by email.

The time given is approximate. Delivery time depends on the carrier. The order itself, from the time of payment, should be packed and shipped from us within 1-5 business days. In the event of special promotional campaigns, the delivery time may be up to 10 business days. It's best to contact us by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone.
Personal pickup: there is a possibility of personal pickup in the warehouse at 6 Wyczółkowskiego Street in Zielona Góra, Poland from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. The order needs to be paid in advance by bank transfer.
After placing the product in the cart, the price per shipment will be automatically selected, at this stage you can see how much does the delivery cost for the product you are interested in.
